Kimo Kippen is the chief learning officer at Hilton Worldwide and is responsible for strategic oversight of learning and development. Prior to joining Hilton Worldwide, he was a principal at Strategic Partners, responsible for the development of key accounts and management of the 12 partner firms for the organization. Previously, Kimo was responsible for the Center of Excellence for Learning at Marriott International. Kimo holds an MS in career and human resource development from Rochester Institute of Technology and a BS from the University of Hawaii, Manoa, and is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland's post-graduate program. He served as the chairman of the board of the American Society for Training & Development in 2007 and as a member of the organization’s Public Policy Council. Additionally, Kimo serves on the board of directors of the Providence Health Foundation of Washington, D.C., and is an adjunct professor at The Catholic University of America.
